Cut on the black lines and score the red lines. The large shape folds down and the two curved pieces fit together to form a heart. The two additional pieces at the top are optional but can be cut from a different color and attached to the heart shape on the front of the card.
Click on the text "SVG file", it opens in a new window and you can then right-click, do a save as SVG. All files are free.
Mac user - The Chrome browser works best. Once you open the image control-click to save as.
